Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of their delivery date and must be in their original condition and they must be unused. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item. After 30 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the skincare product and hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges skincare products. The return shipping cost is on customer's behalf.
